Maredsous and BBQ! Just had some BBQ brisket and hot links and paired it with Maredsous and it was fantastic. One thing though, how many BBQ joints in Texas have this option? My guess is not many. May want to find a good BYOB BBQ place near you and bring your own. Sorry Bud, Coors and Miller, you just don’t get it.
