Grilled Chicken ka-bobs and Negra Modelo! On the menu tonight was grilled chicken-ka-bobs, glazed sweet potatoes and grilled corn on the cob. Was very good considering I had very little time to
prepare. The beer tonight is what some consider a not so craft beer. It was Negra Modelo, which is one of my favorite Vienna style lagers and goes fantastic with grilled chicken and vegetables.
I keep Negra Modelo in the fridge at all times for two reasons. First it is relatively inexpensive, two, I love sharing it with people who say “I don’t like dark beer”, and third, it is a very good and drinkable beer and pairs with most anything that I can prepare for dinner.
